Los Angeles-area ministries will observe the Thanksgiving holiday with a range of activities. Bishop James Carrington of Friendship Baptist Passes Away

Noted theologian was the founding pastor of the largest African American church in North Orange County Bishop James Donald Carrington, the founding pastor and pastor emeritus of Friendship Baptist Church in Yorba Linda, passed away on Nov. 15.
