Meet the Power Couple That’s Building Black Political Power Ahead of the 2022 Midterms 

As the 2022 mid-terms approach, Black leadership from the NAACP to Black Voters Matter are concerned about several obstacles that Black America is facing when it comes to the ballot box and representation. To help Black candidates running for office in this mid-term cycle, Quentin and Stefanie James started their own political action committee – the Collective PAC. 

Community Education Town Hall Highlights Nov. 6 Election

AME SoCal Lay Organization event to feature state and county candidates for office Propositions and candidates in the upcoming mid-term election will be vetted and explained at the Community Education Town Hall on Friday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. The forum will be held on Lay Witness Night during the AME Church’s Southern California Annual Conference, which runs from Oct. 17, through Oct. 21, at the LAX Hilton Hotel, 5711 W Century Blvd., in Los Angeles.
