Crenshaw Christian Center and American Red Cross Celebrate ‘Power in the Blood’

Crenshaw Christian Center (CCC) and the American Red Cross (ARC) united to present the 2018 Annual Prayer Breakfast on Dec. 6, and an ecumenical crowd of 250+ came out to support the event. The creative theme, “Celebrating the Power in the Blood,” underscored the Christian doctrine of salvation in the blood of Jesus and the efforts of Red Cross to increase blood donations to save lives. What is your name and what is your ministry?  Angela M. Evans, president and CEO of Crenshaw Christian Center. How long have you been in this ministry and how did you get started in it? I’ve just celebrated 42 years with the ministry. My service began while I was taking courses in secretarial science at West Los Angeles College with plans to transfer to a four-year university to major in business administration.
