Percy “Master P” Miller is now Dr. P Miller, receiving a doctoral degree from Lincoln University. Miller was awarded his degree from the University president, while the other graduates looked on.
“This is an inspiring time for me; it is almost surreal. I think about my childhood growing up in the Calliope projects in New Orleans, to walking across the stage to receive this degree,” said Miller. “I always tell people, it’s not how you start; you have to be willing to change your life, to evolve, be better, be stronger, put your faith in God, and always do your best. Your life will change for the better. Out of all the accolades I have received in my life, this one means the most,” continued Miller.
