MCXI Candles will be making their debut as a new vendor at this year’s Taste of Soul on Oct. 15. They will be selling Massage oil candles, intimate accessories, books, mugs, and T-shirt at their booth located on Crenshaw Blvd., in Los Angeles, California.
Owner of MCXI Candles, Eda Boss, reflected on his beginning, stating, “I’ve always been a lover of candles. Early 2019, I began learning to make them, and discovered a way to turn the melted wax into skin safe massage oil.”
Boss continued, “I began giving them as gifts to family and friends. Everyone loved the fragrances and was blown away by the fact the melted wax was skin safe and could be used as moisturizer. I decided to take my passion for candles a step further and made it a business, November 11, 2019.”
With the addition of lingerie and intimacy accessories, MCXI Candles will offer massage oil candles. It looks to be a one-stop shop for romance and relaxation. According to Boss, celebrities such as Jerry Springer, rapper Trina, reality TV star Big Boy, have all praised MCXI Candles for their amazing scents and creative names.
The owner of MCXI Candles stated, “This will be my first time attending the Taste of Soul. Although, I’ve always wanted to attend. I’ve seen family and friends posting videos and photos from the Taste of Soul, and it always looked like a lot of fun and great food.
Boss shared he most excited about the other food venues, “Me being a foodie, I’m excited about not only attending for my first time, but actually being a vendor.”
He closed by stating, “Besides meeting members of the community and other business owners, I’m really excited about all the food selections, I love to eat! I will definitely be out there supporting food vendors!”
Boss shared his vision for this year’s attendance, “I hope to introduce MCXI Candles to the community and provide quality and unique products. There are many candle companies on the market, but none like MCXI Candles.”
