Love and Unity Christian Fellowship family will salute Apostle Ronald and Lady Osie L. Hill with the 22nd Pastoral Celebration on Friday, November 14, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, November 16, at 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Pastor Wayne Chaney of Antioch Church of Long Beach will bring the message on Friday and psalmist/recording artist Daniel Johnson will appear on Sunday. The celebrations, which also recognize the Hills’ 33-year ministry, will be held on the church’s multi-million dollar Born Again Center located at 1840 Wilmington Avenue in Compton.
Since its founding by Apostle and Lady Hill in 1981, Love and Unity Christian Fellowship has positively impacted the community through its 27 active outreach ministries including a radio broadcast, adopt-a-school ministry, tutorial program, back to school events, and crusades held throughout the year.
Known as a man of much prayer and fasting, Pastor Hill leads the 3,500+ Love and Unity congregation in hosting a monthly prayer and consecration events. Also, the church doors are open for prayer on weekdays at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 12 p.m., and Saturdays at 8 a.m.
