(LOS ANGELES, CA) – Last Friday, thousands of fans gathered at the STAPLES Center for KIIS-FM’s iHeart Radio Jingle Ball Tour in downtown Los Angeles to see some of their favorite music artists perform. Presented by Capital One, the Jingle Ball concert brought some holiday cheer to the West Coast with performances by The Weeknd, Selena Gomez, One Direction, Tove Lo, 5 Seconds of Summer and more.
Backstage, the Sentinel caught up with Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore, who explained her holiday “cuffing season criteria” despite maintaining that she certainly has a “boo” to keep her warm during the holidays. “He’s got to have a nice build, not too much jiggly Santa Clause stuff. Nice firm, hard things to grab on, in more ways than one. Sweet and sexy,” Moore said about her “cuff buddy” criteria.
When asked about her favorite holiday tradition, Moore says that she enjoys family get-togethers and that “sometimes you go years without seeing certain people so it’s nice to be able to connect.” Moore, who recently launched her Kenya Moore Hair Care line, was excited to see Selena Gomez perform, and also attended the event to gift celebrities with products for her hair care line.
R&B singer Tinashe also gave us insight into how she spends her time during the holidays, stating that she enjoys “baking Christmas cookies and decorating the house.” The singer said that she’s preparing to drop her sophomore album, Joyride in January 2016, which features her fall 2015 releases “Party Favors” featuring rapper Young Thug, and “Player” featuring singer Chris Brown. This year marked Tinashe’s first appearance at Jingle Ball.
While pop-star The Weeknd was closed for interviews, the Sentinel did catch a glimpse of the Canadian star’s reverse escalator shaped dreadlocks while surrounded by a slew of security before hitting the stage.
