New Orleans Pelicans Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations, David Griffin, joined ESPN’s The Jump with Jorge Sedano, Ramona Shelburne and Dave McMenamin to clear up his recent comments on LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. “When I was speaking about being uncomfortable and, quote, being miserable it was my inability to deal with the media scrutiny. It wasn’t the man himself. It was everything that came with a team lead by LeBron James. It had nothing do to with being miserable with LeBron. We had and have a very positive relationship”. Griffin also elaborated on his relationship with LeBron and his agent, his concerns with LeBron’s competitiveness after bringing a championship to Cleveland and why he felt miserable with the organization.
