Enjoy the holidays this season at the Southern California Disneyland® Resort from November 10, 2023, to January 7, 2024. Disneyland invites families to create and relive treasured holiday memories, from sharing a meal with loved ones, experience festive entertainment, marveling at seasonal décor, and more.
This is an exciting time for new and beloved traditions like the towering traditional evergreen Christmas tree in Town Square, the daily “A Christmas Fantasy Parade,” the anticipated merry version of the classic “It’s A Small World,” and the Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure® Park.
Families will interact with Disney characters dressed in all-new holiday attire, get familiar with Disney ¡Viva Navidad! and enjoy the new Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. The décor across the resort and nightly “snowfall” in the Downtown Disney District transform “The Happiest Place on Earth” into a winter wonderland in Anaheim, CA.

At California Adventure Park guests will take part in Disney Festival of Holidays celebrating heartwarming traditions inspired by holiday festivals around the world. Drawing inspiration from diverse dishes of Christmas, Navidad, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Three Kings Day, Festival of Holidays offers a feast for the senses.
Guests can sample new and returning food and beverages like the southern mac and cheese, kielbasa with pierogi, the guava-melon lassi, vegan chicken curry bites, and listen and dance to upbeat music at the Palisades Stage and Sonoma Terrace.
Festivalgoers may purchase a Sip and Savor Pass which offers eight coupons to be shared among friends and family to sample and taste the newest holiday inspired eats. New vegan and vegetarian options are now available.
Valid for the entire season of Festival of Holidays until January 7, 2024, foodies may redeem their coupons for pre-selected food and nonalcoholic beverages from eight marketplaces and select dining locations in the California Adventure Park.
Families are also encouraged to visit the Adventureland Treehouse inspired by Walt Disney’s Swiss Family Robinson at Disneyland. Paying tribute to the original treehouse that Walt Disney and his Imagineers built in 1962 for the hit movie, “Swiss Family Robinson,” the treehouse has returned with a new fresh look. Next door in New Orleans Square, Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas” has redecorated the Haunted Mansion into the frightfully festive Holiday Haunted Mansion, marrying Halloween and Christmas, a big favorite amongst Disney fans.
More than 75 new and returning limited-time food and beverages can be found around the Disneyland Resort. Families and friends can take a piece of holiday magic home from the collections of holiday merchandise from Disney Classics Christmas collection and Disney Festival of Holidays, along with other festive seasonal attire.
In addition to holiday souvenir shopping and dining, guests can enjoy a variety of musical performances at California Adventure during the day and on select evenings. The all-female Mariachi band and the sweet sounds of the Mistletoes, engage guests daily with their fun twist on holiday classics. On some nights at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and the Disneyland Hotel, live entertainment, including handbell and holiday carolers, create a cozy atmosphere.
The merry boat ride on the wintry waterway of “It’s A Small World”, serenades guests with choruses of jolly tunes. The ride is transformed into a holiday spectacular with all the Christmas bells and whistles.
“A Christmas Fantasy” Parade spreads holiday cheer with characters from Disney Animation’s “Frozen,” Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story”, all the Disney Princesses, and more. The “Believe…In Holiday Magic” nighttime show illuminates the night sky over Disneyland Park with breathtaking fireworks and sprinklings of snow.
Multiple times per day, Disney and Pixar characters march to the festive beats of the Holiday Toy Drummers in “Mickey’s Happy Holidays” in Disney California Adventure. The spirit of togetherness and love fills Paradise Bay as hundreds of fountains illustrate warm moments from Disney animated films in “World of Color – Season of Light”.
After the holiday season concludes, children ages 3-9 can enjoy Disneyland at a special reduced ticket price from January 8, 2024 – March 10, 2024. Families can purchase those tickets now and make reservations for a date to come.
