The African American Board Leadership Institute Class #4 alumna Marsha Mitchell-Bray, director of Community Services and Family Supports for South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC), was appointed to the Los Angeles County Commission on Disabilities by Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas (2nd District). The Commission’s mission is to advise the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on a range of issues affecting the lives of people with disabilities and of actions they can take to achieve a barrier free County where people with disabilities have equal access to programs and services.
