Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels presents Relics of St. Thomas More and St. John Fisher on July 1-2, at 555 W. Temple St., in Los Angeles. The two 16th-century martyrs exemplified courage and conviction in the face of religious persecution. Archbishop José H. Gomez will welcome the relics by celebrating Mass on July 1, at 12:10 p.m., and the curator will speak from 12:50 p.m. to 2 p.m. On July 2, the relics will remain in a chapel at the Cathedral for veneration from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For information, call (213) 680-5200.

Carson Community Deliverance Center Church holds a Women’s Prayer Service on Saturday, July 9 at 10 a.m., at 555 E. 220th St., in Carson.  The public is invited to attend for worship and prayer.  For information, call (310) 835-7905.

Los Angeles Cathedral Choir sponsors a Reunion Concert on July 16, at 6 p.m., at Breath of Life Seventh Day Adventist Church, 425 S. La Brea Ave., in Inglewood. Trenora Parker is the coordinator and the Rev. Michael Jenkins is the host pastor. The theme is “Reflecting and Rejoicing.” The ticket donation is $10.

New Hope Baptist Church hosts Pastor Tim Rogers on July 17, at 6 p.m., at 5200 S. Central Ave., in Los Angeles, said Pastor Larry Hooks. Lend An Ear sponsors the event.
