Faithful Central Bible Church and The Ulmer Institute sponsor “Life Without Limits – Surviving the Trauma of Human Trafficking” on June 4, at 9 a.m., at 321 N. Eucalyptus Ave., in Inglewood, said Bishop Kenneth and First Lady Togetta Ulmer. The panel will feature Shaun Robinson, moderator; Harmony Dust Grillo, a human trafficking survivor; Dr. Stephany Powell, executive director of Journey Out; and Captain Merrill Ladenheim, a 26-year veteran of the L.A. Sheriff’s Department.

Silver Lining of Hope Crusade, Inc., holds a rally to protest senseless murdering of youth on June 4, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the corner of Crenshaw and Manchester Boulevards in Inglewood, said the Rev. Baptist Ministers Conference of L.A. and Southern California meets on June 6, at 11 a.m., at Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 4269 S. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The Rev. Dr. William Turner, pastor of New Revelation Baptist Church and BMCLA vice president, will speak. The Rev. Xavier Thompson is the BMCLA president and Dr. Melvin Wade, Sr., is the host pastor.
