How about a tomato with genes from a fish?? Or a real cat that lights up in the dark? (dpsnc.instructure.com) We hear about crossbreeding, mingling and mixing different kinds of seeds, animals, foods? As people move through the time continuum in this age, scientists and their collaborators experiment on creating different types of foods and materials for our internal consumption and other uses called GMOs:  Genetically modified organisms. Which are living organisms whose genetic material has been artificially manipulated in a laboratory through genetic engineering. This creates combinations of plant, animal, bacteria, and virus genes that do not occur in nature or through traditional crossbreeding methods.” Genetic modification of organisms is the process of altering the DNA of an organism to give the organism traits it did not already possess. They are done by taking the DNA that codes for the desired trait from one organism and adding it to the DNA of another organism.(dpsn.instructure.com)  So, here we have a way of specifically identifying a person and is there a new race being experimented with and creating another race other than the human? Man in his “so-called unlimited intelligence will try whatever, but it doesn’t always work out. There is the likelihood that even now another race is being attempted to be created. Yes. I believe that. Look around. However, ancient texts clearly warn mankind of creating these admixtures–mixing and mingling that which is “not” “after its own kind.” There are scriptures which address this subject. Here’s the thing. Many people keep thinking the scriptures are old and outdated. True, they are old, but not outdated. This whole topic can be traced to this one particular scripture (Leviticus 19:19) and is applicable to right now. (see note) GMOs face ethical challenges: “Some core ethical arguments. Some sets of ethical concerns have been raised about GM crops: 1) potential harm to human health; potential damage to the environment; 2) negative impact on traditional farming practice; 3) excessive corporate dominance; and the 4) ‘unnaturalness’ of the technology. (Leviticus 19:19 note Part 2). Nov 30, 2010 (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) Although, man may think he/she has ultimate wisdom, not so. Man in general doesn’t have Divine wisdom. True. Man can be wiser, but most choose to continue using limited human knowledge, because this for not accepting there is “the Divine Creator.” Some appointed men and women do have knowledge above others.

What is bad about GMOs? Geniuses make mistakes too, whether they are here or other parts of the world, whether intentional or not intentional here or wherever. We’re still proposing where was the origin of the coronavirus? And why? For me, there is no way to escape there is “the Divine plan always in process and that everything happening has lessons to be taught and learned. Are we listening? Are we changing for the better?  We can do it! We can do more and we can do better! “…One specific concern is the possibility for GMOs to negatively affect human health, which could result from differences in nutritional content, allergic response, or undesired side effects such as toxicity, organ damage, or gene transfer.” (Aug 10, 2015:sitn.hms.harvard.edu) “The Nuffield Council on Bioethics (NCOB) has published two reports (1999 and 2004) on the social and ethical issues involved in the use of genetically modified crops.” You may decide to go there. In my non-exhaustive simplified research on this subject herein about GMOs, common sense tells me this area of scientists creatively manufacturing foods is an area where the public needs to be alert and show concern. Read labels. Some of my reading points the need for precaution especially in regards to knowing what will these GMOs do to our bodies once they are consumed and what could the long term effect of these transitionalized foods? If there were a famine, would you consume GMOs?  Please don’t miss Part 2! Thanks for reading!
