Crenshaw Boulevard, between Exposition Boulevard and Coliseum Street, will be closed to traffic for approximately nine consecutive days beginning Friday, April 10 at 9 p.m. to replace a 66 inch sewer line as part of construction activities for the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project.

The old 66 inch sewer line adjacent to the Metro Expo Line Crenshaw station will be replaced as requested by the City of Los Angeles. The new sewer line will better serve the community around this intersection.

The closure area will include Rodeo Road at Crenshaw Boulevard. There will be detour route signs for vehicle traffic. Access to businesses along Crenshaw Boulevard will be maintained. Pedestrian access will be rerouted in the immediate closure area. Expo Line trains will run regular schedules and access to both station platforms will be kept open.

Metro is offering business mitigation assistance during the construction period including the Business Solution Center (BSC). To get more information visit www.metrobsc.net/crenshaw.
