On Saturday, May 11, the doors of the Westin Hotel banquet room filled with hundreds of women participating in ‘A Day in May with Lady Mae Annual Mother’s Day Address.’
The featured speaker was First Lady Mae Blake of West Angeles Church of God in Christ where COGIC Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake serves as pastor.
Lady Mae’s message, entitled ‘Morning Gems,’ captivated the audience as she eloquently presented three things to do daily – watch your diet, exercise and rest. She also recommended to free yourself of clutter and at some point in life, be vigilant in terms of preparing for you final transition. This amazing message is available on DVD through the West Angeles Media Ministry.
