The Women Aware Organization (WAO) of New Antioch Church of God in Christ will host its Annual Women’s Day on Sunday, May 20, at the 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. worship services.

The keynote guest speaker is Evangelist Lawanne’ Ross from Northern California. Evangelist Ross serves as the Assistant Chairlady of the International Church of God in Christ Youth Department.

“Everyone is invited to come and be a part of this great day of worship and inspiration. The theme is ‘Great God, Great Vision, Great Results’ based on I Kings 7:1-9,” said Pastor Jeffrey Lewis.

“Under the leadership of President and First Lady Floetta Lewis, Women’s Day will indeed celebrate the founding purpose of the WAO which is to promote consistency in our lifestyles according to the Word of God; to provide a time for fellowship; to encourage, edify and strengthen sisters; and to impact our homes, communities and workplaces,” he added.

New Antioch is located at 7826 South Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles, California 90044. For information, call (323) 778-7965 or visit www.newantiochcogic.org.
