WLCAC Celebrates Grand Reopening of Logan’s Plaza and Ramona Estates

Watts Labor Community Action Committee (WLCAC), a non-profit social service provider in South Central LA, celebrated the grand re-opening of Logan’s Plaza and Ramona Estates, newly renovated 61-unit and 60-unit affordable apartment complexes that provide supportive services for seniors.  The two projects were developed by Greater Watts Development Corporation (GWDC) and Valued Housing and were financed with tax-exempt bonds.
