Photo by Jason Lewis for the Sentinel

The Sentinel art gallery has seen some new pieces as of late. Artist Walk Walker, Mohammed Mubarak, and Nijel Binn are featured.
Binn, who is a stuntman, motion picture fight coordinator/choreographer, martial arts instructor, and author, has several paintings and sculptures on display. His piece Freedom Mountain is on display as a painting and a sculpture. There are also small busts of African American figures, such as Michael Jordan, Bob Marley, Marcus Garvey, and Nelson Mandela.
A large portrait of Malcolm X by Mubarak is on display and there are still a few Barack Obama related pieces.
The gallery can be viewed, free of charge, between the hours of 9 am 5:30 pm. Paintings are for sale.
