Pastor Robert Ned and the members of Second African Methodist Episcopal Church in Los Angeles paid tribute to legacy of the late Edsel Bassett Webb on Sept. 20. Family and friends joined in the salute. Webb served at Second AME for more than 63 years. Also, he was the owner of Windsor Hills Christian Book Center, currently operated by his wife, Naomie; and son, Sean.
