Mayor Bass Marks 100 Days in Office: Housing Homeless Angelenos ‘Coming to Fruition’   

As she marks 100 days in office this week, Bass estimates that around 4,000 Angelinos will have been housed since she took charge of City Hall. She points out that most of the people are housed due to Proposition HHH and programs already in place when she took office, but about 1,000 of them have found housing due to her Inside Safe program.

Her home was burglarized and her property (guns) was stolen.  I repeat, “Karen Bass was the VICTIM of a crime”.    Now, Councilman Joe Buscaino is trying to turn this strong, law abiding, Black woman, whose character and track record for honesty and integrity is unquestionable, into a criminal.  On September 19, 2022, Councilmember Buscaino wrote a letter to LAPD Police Chief Michel Moore asking questions such as, “Why were Karen Bass’ guns targeted?” “How were Karen Bass’ guns stored?”
