Save Our Sons Justice/Prison Ministry (SOS) will offer free health care enrollment on Sunday, February 16, at 2:30 p.m., at Crenshaw United Methodist Church, 3740 Don Felipe Drive in Los Angeles.  The Rev. Derrick Noble is the host pastor.

According to SOS Director Delores Alleyne, the meeting will feature Dr. Charles Loeb, education director of Crenshaw Health Partners, and certified specialists who will provide enrollment assistance.

“Dr. Loeb and his staff of trained counselors will help every one who needs health insurance to sign up through the California health exchange system,” explained Dr. Alleyne.

“Even single adults are eligible for Medi-Cal and insurance based on their income.”

All enrollees are required to share their Social Security Number, employer’s name, amount of income, any employer-provided health insurance coverage, and federal tax information.  Eligible non-citizens must submit immigration documents.

For information, call (323) 292-0141.
