Local Stage Play Director Big Mike “Theplaywriter” Brown Passes Away at 52

Michael Brown known for his hit plays a Man that Finds a Wife, Finds a Good Thing and Momma, Tell Me  has reportedly died. Brown who attended Locke High and Long Beach State, was famous for his plays in the Los Angeles area. Funeral arrangements are pending and a fundraiser page on Facebook  has been set up in his name ” Big Mike Brown Memorial Fund“.

Brown was scheduled to marry his fiancée Tanja Henderson this weekend, August 18.
