Apostle Ronald C. Hill, Sr., overseer of Kingdom Harvest Christian Alliance, will present ‘Refocus the Vision: Leadership and Volunteers Conference’ with President Angela Price Evans and Dr. Samuel Chan on Friday and Saturday, February 1-2, at KHCA Headquarters, Love and Unity Christian Fellowship, 1840 South Wilmington Avenue in Compton.

“Dr. Chand will be our main speaker on Friday night at 7:30 p.m.  We encourage every leader, worker and volunteer to be present at this free service if you are zealous about upward movement in regards to the local church and its purpose,” said Apostle Hill.

“Dr. Chand, ‘a leader’s leader,’ is endorsed by Pastor Creflo Dollar, Dr. John Maxwell, President Jack Hayford, Bishop Neil C. Ellis, Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer and others.  I met him a couple of years ago at a conference in San Diego, CA and in that short time he had such a great affect on me as a leader, which influence will never be neglected.

“You are going to love him and my prayer is that attendees will take with them the teaching and instruction back to all local churches in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas with a heightened, compassionate craving for real ministry.”

Angela C. Hill, administrator and conference planner said, “I am elated to welcome President Angela Price Evans for our first Refocus the Vision Conference.  She will be our keynote speaker for our 10am Saturday General Session.  I have personally, admired her leadership skills and prowess from afar and look forward to basically sitting at her feet to absorb additional information and ministry to assist my own, ever evolving, defined meaning for effective church leadership. ”

Comedian Liz Paige, writer, director, producer and star of the gospel comedy play, ‘Let’s Talk Church,’ will also perform a set on the funny in’s and out’s of leadership and follow-ship.

The sessions will focus on church infrastructure. Facilitators include Pastor Dave Stewart of Calvary Chapel South Bay, Pastor Barry Knight of Celebration Worship Center, Union Bank Branch Manager Rene Givhan, Rev. Brian Weaver, Love and Unity’s Co-Pastor Osie L. Hill, Angela C. Hill, and Ronald Hill, Jr.

The $40 registration includes continental breakfast, box lunch, sessions and materials.  Children from ages 5 to 12 can attend Saturday Day Camp from 9:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.  The registration is $20.

Registration ends at midnight on Wednesday, January 30.  For information or to register, visit or call (424) 213-7711 or (310) 604-5900.
