“Talent without structure is wasted potential,” insists Karon Cash, founder and owner of Wright Hands Management, one of Los Angeles’s most respected boutique talent firms. Cash believes structure is not optional; it is sacred.

WHM combines branding, public relations, casting, and long-term mentorship in a boutique format to deliver business-savvy, media-trained talent poised for success at their highest level.

In an industry obsessed with flash and filters, Karon Cash leads with care, offering guidance and genuine connection.

“I want people to actually call and talk to me, not a secretary,” Cash says. His hands-on approach includes mental health checks, professional coaching, and what he calls “relationship capital,” the network and respect he has built across industries.

“If I stamp your name, you represent us. You have to be ready,” he declares. WHM delivers innovative and effective talent development programs to ensure client success.

When one of his clients lands a campaign, walks a runway, or sees their name in the credits, it is not just their victory. It’s his, too.

WHM’s client list spans fashion, entertainment, and music, with talent placements at Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Paris, and Milan. With appearances in Billboard, Vogue, BET, Netflix, and national campaigns with brands like Nike, Puma, and PrettyLittleThing, “we’re building stars,” Karon says, with the authority of someone who spots and shapes talent.

Born in Connecticut and raised between New Haven and the Bronx, Cash sharpened his ambition in the fast-paced streets of New York.

“You had to hustle or get trampled,” he explained. “It’s not just about talk; it is about action.”

That mentality followed him as he bounced from Atlanta, where he briefly worked with Katt Williams and Ashima Franklin, to Los Angeles, where he landed at 21 and began building a career saturated in image, energy, and execution.

Cash founded Wright Hands Management in 2017.

“People kept telling me I was bossy and needed to be a manager,” Cash said with a laugh.

“At first, I didn’t want to manage people,” he confessed. “But then I started managing my friend, rapper Laquan Scott, it just made sense.”

His background as a fashion editor for The Boss Mann Magazine and his current role as vice president at Natural Authority Management reflects this commitment to style and sound.

“Music and fashion came together for me naturally,” he said.

That early instinct to step into leadership launched a career that has since been covered by Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Voyage LA, and PR Newswire.

Even as L.A.’s industry work slows, Cash sees opportunity.

“For boutique managers, this is the best time,” he noted. “Smaller rosters mean quicker responses, stronger relationships, and better visibility. The money’s still out there, you just have to know where to find it.”

From street hustle to strategy decks, from red carpets to boardrooms, Karon is playing the game and rewriting the rules. For those who land in Wright Hands, Karon Cash is building futures as sharp and structured as his vision
