Movies in the Park, Health Fun Fest, Power Fest
There are three events happening across the Eighth District over the next few weeks. On Friday, I will host the last Movies in the Park for the year at Mt. Carmel Rec Center where we'll be watching Black Panther*, Wakanda Forever! Next week, join me and Empowerment Congress West at the Health and Wellness Fun Fest at Norman O. Houston Park, including a 5k run, yoga, zumba, and a full day worth of health-focused fun.
