The Los Angeles Poverty Department (LAPD) is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of the Skid Row History Museum and Archive’s new exhibit: Visions of Freedom and Independence. The exhibit will open Thursday, April 11 and continue through Saturday, June 15, 2019. It will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 2-5 p.m.
