CRENSHAW BACK ON TOP!

With starling come from behind victory over top seeded Narbonne, Crenshaw rallied from 13 points down to capture the Los Angeles City Section Div. I football championship 20-13 on Friday at East Los Angeles College. 

“We started from the bottom and now we’re her,” said Cougars  coach Robert Garrett. Garrett said this title was the most pleasing of the five City championships he’s won at Crenshaw in his 25-year tenure.

“We don’t have any four or five star kids, they are just kids who continue to work hard and get better,” Garret said while hoisting the trophy.
