Amos Memorial C.M.E. Church
is seeking donations to assist a young disadvantaged family, said Rev. Pansy Washington. Amos’ Women’s Missionary Society is sponsoring the effort. Household items, new clothing, games, toys, a Christmas tree and gift certificates are requested. To contribute, call (323) 732-8195.

Women of Vision Ministries
announced an early bird deadline of December 31 to register for $25 for its Radical Restoration Conference. is accepting nominations for its Social Action Awards for California teens. The $36,000 awards are given annually to up to five young volunteers who demonstrate leadership and commitment to making the world a better place. Beulahland Baptist Church
