Bryant Temple A.M.E. Church hosts the Southern California Lay Organization’s 5th Annual Revival on May 8-9 at 7 p.m., at 2525 West Vernon Avenue in Los Angeles, said Pastor Clyde W. Oden, Jr. The revivalist is Bishop T. Larry Kirkland, Sr., presiding prelate of the Fifth Episcopal District of the A.M.E. Church. Guest soloists are Pastor Michael Eagle of Grant A.M.E.-Long Beach, Pastor Gregory McLeod of Brookins Community A.M.E. and Pastor Taurus Myhand of Ward A.M.E. Dr. Dorothy Vails-Weber is SCLO president and Exhorter, Gwendolyn B. Williams is event chair.
