Association of Black County Administrators Celebrates Black History Month

Los Angeles County, Association of Black County Administrators will be celebrating its Annual Black History Program February 27, 2014 social hour begins at 6:30pm at the Carson Community Center, 801 East Carson Street, Carson CA. During the celebration newly elected Sebastian Ridley-Thomas, Assemblyman, 54th District will be honored with ABCA’s inaugural “Leadership Award”. We would like to thank our community partners Brotherhood Crusade and Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, Second District for their continued support of the Association and ABCA’s scholarship fund.
