The birthday of Christ Jesus will be celebrated throughout the Southland by several churches and ministries highlighting ‘the reason for the season.’ Among the family-oriented activities planned are worship services, concerts, outreach events, and theatrical shows. All programs are open to the public.

“We are looking for all members who united with Bethel in 2011 to attend. Our goal is to identify their spiritual gifts and begin grafting them into the body of Christ, which is the church,” said Pastor Pope.

Also, a Christmas Day Acapella Musical will be presented on Sunday, December 25, at 7:30 a.m., with performances by Voices of Bethel, Mission Chorus, Inspirational Choir, Male Chorus and Juanettes choirs. For information, call (323) 566-5286 or visit
