To help congregants make informed decisions during the Nov. 5 election, the Social Action Committee of Ward AME Church, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Barry Settle, senior pastor, hosted a session outlining the pros and cons of state and local ballot measures and propositions.  Facilitators were, from left, former State. Sen.
