As the situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, LADWP is actively prioritizing the health and safety of its customers, employees, and contractors. Until further notice, LADWP is suspending in-person public bid openings, the hand-delivery of bids, and in-person Pre-Bid meetings.
LADWP is pleased to announce that effective, Tuesday, May 19, 2020, LADWP will be piloting a project for electronic bid submittals through the Ivalua web portal. ALL LADWP Bid Opportunities will continue to be posted on the City’s website LA BAVN at www.labavn.org. Items selected for the pilot will have electronic bid submission option in Ivalua using a secured drop box, rather than hard copies mailed to LADWP.
In preparation for the pilot, vendors are asked to register for free with Ivalua. Registration instructions and system information are found on the Ivalua vendor web portal (web link provided below).

LADWP Bid Openings – Starting at 2:00 pm on the date the bid closes, the Bidders List will automatically become available in lieu of a public bid opening on the Ivalua web portal.
