Three dynamic singers. Eight musical styles. Add it all up and you've got 3 Mo' Divas, an exuberant celebration of class, sass, and style. The high-energy production is presented at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) at 8:00 PM on Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11. Tickets, which range from $75-$30, are on sale at and the CCPA Ticket Office, or by calling (562) 467-8818.

Called "Unparalleled! Extraordinary! Hot!" by The Washington Post, 3 MO' DIVAS showcases critically acclaimed singers as they perform all-time favorites from the worlds of Broadway, Opera, Soul, Blues, Jazz, R&B, Spirituals, and Gospel. It's a memorable clap-along, musical journey for the entire family.

In one concert, classically trained songstresses deliver eight different genres that span more than 200 years of music history. The same three women display their vocal versatility, exploring the various musical styles all the while maintaining the integrity of each specific genre. The singers perform as a threesome, but "this format allows plenty of room for the chanteuses' individual talents to ignite" in solo performances, observed The Washington Post. The unique formula has attracted a diverse audience not bound by age, gender, or race.

The lineup of songs varies from show to show. Chosen to maximize the breadth of styles and vocal versatility, the repertoire has spanned a colorful spectrum with popular singles such as Seasons of Love from the Broadway musical Rent; Memories (The Way We Were); My Funny Valentine; and It's in His Kiss. 3 Mo' Divas aims for crossover appeal with hits from CŽline Dion, BeyoncŽ, Alicia Keys, and Aretha Franklin. The divas are as much at home performing Giacomo Puccini's Opera masterpieces as they are with rockin' show tunes. Johann Sebastian Bach, George Gershwin, and Duke Ellington also are represented.

Three Mo' Tenors, 3 Mo' Divas has won acclaim with fans and the media, with the Los Angeles Times saluting the performers' "vocal and physical versatility." Variety magazine called the jubilant production an "unparalleled collection of voices and material that's just right."

Tickets currently are on sale for 3 Mo' Divas at the CCPA. For tickets or more information, call (562) 467-8818 or go to
