For anybody who is into fitness, or would like to learn about how to get into great shape and live a healthy lifestyle, the 2013 Bodybuilding.com FitExpo this weekend at the Los Angeles Convention Center is the place to be.  

 

Whether you’re a weekend warrior, high school athlete looking to get bigger and/or stronger, somebody who wants to lose weight or get in the best shape possible, the FitExpo will offer you the information and products that you need.  

 

Over 100 fitness and sports celebrities will be on hand.  Athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, fitness experts, and nutritionist will be there to give attendees information on training and overall health.  

 

Exhibits will offer the latest nutrition and fitness products, and fitness professionals will present educational seminars and demos on nutrition and exercising philosophies.
