It’s a bright and lucky 13 that graduated from the 8th grade on June 9 at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Day School. The ceremony was conducted at St. Timothy’s located at 312 South Oleander St in the heart of the city of Compton.
St. Timothy’s recently started its 49th year as a facility providing quality educational structure for preschool, kindergarten, elementary and middle school students. “There is no one around that can compete with us in the quality of our program,” said Headmaster Ronald Chatman. “Students are involved in comprehensive field trips and programs to expose students to activities not otherwise available at other private schools.”
The school is accredited by the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles and has a comprehensive program that includes: Spanish, computer literacy, musical keyboard instruction and enhanced reading at a public library weekly.
Preschool students start at age 2. St. Timothy’s offers a year round program that has affordable tuition rates. School hours are from 6:30am to 6:00pm. School fees are lower than other educational facilities.
