I know from some people’s vantage point, success seems far outside the realm of possibility. However, the way you view life is essentially a barometer of your expectations, based on what you’ve been taught, you’re worthy of, and capable of achieving. These expectations are largely imposed by external influences such as family, community and institutions. These sources of your expectations are mostly based on the beliefs of limitation, scarcity and pessimism about what’s possible for you. If these beliefs are the basis for how you look at life, then this perception of the world is what you expect for yourself. It is impossible to attract success from this perspective. Whereupon, the biggest part of success is your state of mind. A lot of people seem to believe that it’s some kind of cosmic conspiracy or luck, as to why successful people are successful. Such people are not receptive to a world that provides, rather then restricts. They don’t see a world that wants you to be successful and abundant, rather than one that conspires against you. Every individual was put on this earth for a purpose! Every person was put here to become a success. The truth is that we all start from a position of success no matter what happens, no matter what the appearance. We are always successful. Aren’t we always successfully breathing? We have lessons to learn through our experiences. Even what appears as a failure, can simply be a stepping stone to realizing success? A person interested in success has to learn to view failure as healthy, inevitable part of the process of becoming successful. According to Eastern Philosophy, failure is considered the mother of success.
The secrets of success are that there are no secrets. The Blue Print to success is that there is no Blue Print to success. To most people, success means the acquisition of money and material possessions, and being of recognized status. For some, success has nothing to do with financial status or material trappings. Success is having a strong character, thus deciding to hold themselves to a higher standard of honesty, patience, loyalty, courtesy and dependability, etc. Then there are those who see success as living life in a way that causes them to feel tons of pleasure and little pain. To others, success is being able to maintain a healthy and happy marriage in a society where the marriage failure rate is so high. The ways to success are unlimited. It would be impossible for me to exaggerate when I write about success because the subject is so broad. Even a man, who recognizes a problem and diligently seeks to solve it, is only one step away from success.
A few things you should know about success. To become successful you need to have a specific goal for success. You need to understand that success involves being able to distinguish good ideas from bad ones. And passion is one of the most important ingredients in recipe for success. The most successful, are the most resourceful. All of us were born successful, but few of us live successfully. Now I would like to share with you a couple of tips for financial success. In today’s fast-changing world, its not so much what you know anymore that counts, because often what you know, quickly becomes old. It’s how fast you learn. This skill is priceless.
Financial Tip #1: Learn to do what stops most people.
#2: Know the difference between an assets and liability and buy assets.
#3: Those who don’t earn interest, pay it.
#4: It’s not how much money you make, it’s how much you keep that counts.
#5 Your fico score is not just a credit score, it is a window into the corporation of you.
#6 A formal education will make you a living, self education will make you a fortune.
#7 You’re either a master of money, or a slave to it.
#8 Convert earned income into passive income and/or portfolio income as quickly as possible. The taxes are highest on earned income. The least taxed income is passive income. This is another reason why you must allow your money to working hard for you. The government taxes the income you work hard for more, than the income your money works hard for.
Booker T. Washington once said, “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has to overcome while trying to succeed.” One of the biggest obstacles to success, are excuses. Excuses are the tools of the unsuccessful, they build monuments to nothingness, and those who excel in them seldom excel in anything else. My definition of success is one finding their purpose in life and fulfilling it. A good indicator that you have found your true purpose is that you love and feel great about engaging in it, in your mind, body and soul.
