The Women Aware Organization (WAO) of New Antioch Church of God in Christ will host its Annual Women’s Day worship services on Sunday, May 18.  The keynote speaker is National Evangelist Beverly Willis of Carson.

“Join the women of New Antioch for a day of celebrating real women facing real life with the real book. The services will be at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.,” said Superintendent Jeffrey Lewis, senior pastor.

“Under the leadership of President and First Lady Floetta Lewis, Women’s Day will indeed celebrate the founding purpose of the WAO:  ‘To promote consistency in our lifestyles according to the Word of God; to provide a time for fellowship; to encourage, edify and strengthen our sisters; and to impact our homes, communities and workplaces.”

“We are inviting everyone, especially the public, to come out and experience this great day of worship, inspiration and celebration. The theme is ‘Clear Vision, Clean Hands, Constant Faith.’”

New Antioch is located at 7826 South Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles. For information, call (323) 778-7965.
