Bishop Leon and Dr. Jacqueline Martin and the Love, Peace and Happiness (LPH) Family Christian Fellowship Church will observe their Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration on Tuesday, December 31.
Service is set at 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the LPH Church located at 4951 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. Worship at the LPH Church at 11022 Old River School Road in Downey will be held from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.
The theme of both services is ‘Commemorating the Origin of Watch Night Service – Lest We Forget God Almighty!’
“This will be a time of high praise and worship, united prayer, prayer for the sick, prayer for debt cancellation and the Word of God from various local ministers,” said Bishop Martin who will preach as well as offer prayer to those with special needs or desiring for new directions for the New Year.
“This will be one of the most powerful services of the year as we look forward to 2014 for a new beginning. Newness of life is always available through the Lord Jesus Christ,” he added.
“You don’t want to miss this spectacular service on New Year’s Eve. Come expecting God to move as we pray the old year out and the New Year in. Rather than making a new resolution, come revel in the joy of the Lord with us.”
