If you need to be angry. Be angry. Let the scream run until it’s tired. Release the embers. Let it burn. Let the tears waterfall. Extinguish the wild flame. A well overflowing inside. Holding the forgotten yesterdays and lost tomorrows. Cry. Let it be so. Emotions trapped. A wild animal ripping free. Freedom. Tell the unspoken no. Let it be heard. Express the heart with tender words or blistering phrases. It is time. Let go. Time for soul elevation. A healing yes to myself. Let it happen as you speak. Yell. Cry. Laugh. It is ok. This is you. Speak you. Now.
