Antioch Celebrates Pastor’s Birthday & 9th Appreciation

The Antioch of Long Beach congregation has two celebrations planned for Pastor Wayne and Lady Myesha Chaney.

On Sunday, March 4, the members will hold the Pastor's Birthday Party at 3:30 p.m. One week later, on Sunday, March 11, at 3:30 p.m., the 9th Appreciation Service for the pastoral family will take place.

The theme of the service is ‘Committed Servants Running for Jesus' based on Philippians 2:12-16 and Isaiah 40:31 and 42:1.

"We are grateful for the opportunity to honor our Pastor who has served our congregation and community diligently and faithfully with integrity and honesty.

"Pastor Chaney and First Lady Myesha are committed to bridging the gap between the generations through their unique style, warm demeanor and authenticity in Christ," said a spokesperson.

"During this special time of the year, we will celebrate Pastor Wayne's Birthday and we will reflect upon their accomplishments, show gratitude for their sacrifice, commemorate their compassion and express how their ministry has impacted our lives."
