 We Vote for Change 08!

This years election will come down to a few votes in neighboring swing-states.  This Friday, Sept. 26th at 5:00 PM, there will be a debate watching party at the LA Sentinel Headquarters, at 3800 S. Crenshaw Blvd. Los Angeles CA 90008.  We encourage everyone to come out and show their support during the debate!

Additionally, the Obama Campaign is recruiting volunteers for a much needed voter registration drive to Las Vegas, Nevada departing immediately following the debate watching party, Friday Sept. 26th.  Currently, the Nevada Polls have Senator Obama within 1 to 2 percentage points of Senator McCain. The Obama Campaign believes this election could be decided by as few as 10,000 votes, and an increase of 10 percent in African-American turnout in Nevada could make the difference.  If you are interested in making a real difference in this campaign, you are welcomed  to participate in this voter registration drive.  There will be limited transportation & housing available, so you are encouraged  to sign up immediately.  To sign-up, please go to any of the following links.
