Rapper, Actor and Social Activist Common will release his anticipated 7th album “Finding Forever” on July 31. Common will release the album on G.O.O.D. Music/Geffen Records and will team up again with producer Kanye West.

This is the follow up to Common’s 4-time Grammy nominated album “Be.” “Finding Forever” has collaborations from not only Kanye but also Will.I.Am (Black Eye Pea) on the song “I Want You” and D'Angelo on “Misunderstood.” The album features Common’s deep and intuitive lyrics along with traditional hip hop scratching, beats and overall music that will appeal to the masses.

The Chicago native has been on the Hip Hop scene since 1992. He has recently landed acting roles beside some the best actors and actresses. He can be seen in “Smokin’ Aces” with Andy Garcia and Jeremy Piven (Alicia Keys and Taraji Henson was also in the movie); “American Gangster” with Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe; and “Wanted” with Morgan Freeman and Angelina Jolie.

Common is another hip hop artist that has entered the fashion industry. If you happen to be shopping at La Coppola Storta stores in Palermo, Roma, Firenze, Bologna or New York City; check out Common’s signature line of hand made Italian hats which can only be found exclusively at one of the stores. His line of hats is called Soji.
