Bishop Marc C. Hawthorne will conduct revival services on Friday, September 23 and Saturday, September 24, and preach on Sunday, September 25, at churches in the greater Los Angeles area. The public is invited to attend.

Faith United Methodist Church, located at 1713 West 108th Street in Los Angeles, will host the Friday service at 7 p.m. Bishop Hawthorne’s parents, Pastor Edward and First Lady LaLa Hawthorne, are the spiritual leaders of the church. Also, Theresa Sharp will serve as the American Sign Language Interpreter.

On Saturday at 7 p.m., the revival will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Inglewood, 304 East Spruce Avenue in Inglewood. The Rev. Lesa R. Smith is the pastor.

Crenshaw United Methodist Church is hold its Men’s Day Service on Sunday at 11 a.m., with Bishop Hawthorne as the guest speaker. Crenshaw UMC, led by Pastor Howard Ashford, is located at 3740 Don Felipe Drive in Los Angeles.

Family, friends and supporters of Bishop Hawthorne are expected to attend the services including his grandparents, Ida Tolson Crosby, member of Greater New Bethel Baptist Church and Josephine Williams of New Testament Holiness Church.
