“August the 18th”
By Alfonzo Tucker (Columnist)
Published October 13, 2011

Cream tone skin with common brown eyes

I noticed your mannerisms and was truthfully surprised

Balance within thought is what carries your stride

Your hips have an unusual sway, they speak from intellect not a sensual delay

The invitation of your physical gifts are guarded by an intelligent maze

Not challenging to me, more like relief a cognitive release

No longer must I articulate my thoughts to satisfy a laymen’s belief

Thank you for allowing my conversation worthy

Your beauty is truly exquisite, marvelous, both physically and mentally

I choose patients to prepare for the salacious moments within our care

Only because time will protect us both, emotionally

The similarities we share, has me ponder if destiny is aware

If so, I welcome what has me scared.
