Apostle Price Preaches at World Mission Conference

Apostle Frederick K.C. Price was the keynote speaker on May 15 during the 16th Annual World Missions Conference sponsored by West Angeles Church Of God In Christ. The three-day event, hosted by Bishop Charles E. Blake, was highlighted by Apostle Price’s powerful preaching at the 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. worship services at the West Angeles Cathedral.

In recognition of his leadership in establishing churches, schools and ministries throughout the world, Apostle Price was presented with the ‘Bishop Carlis Moody Award’ by Bishop Blake and Jon Randall, World Missions Chairman. Also, Missionary Lillian Butler received the Humanitarian Award for her exemplary work in Haiti for more than 35 years.

The conference included a seminar on best practices for building effective missions organizations and personal ministry as well as a luncheon featuring Missionary Dollie Milfort of Bailey Temple Church of God in Christ in Detroit, MI. In addition, Elder Marx Succes of Youth on a Mission International in Evanston, IL, also participated.
