The Women Aware Organization (WAO) of New Antioch Church of God in Christ will host its Annual Women’s Day worship services on Sunday, October 20, at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

The keynote speaker is Pastor Suzette Caldwell, associate pastor of Windsor Village United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas.

“Under the leadership of President and First Lady Floetta Lewis, Women’s Day will indeed celebrate the founding purpose of the WAO, ‘To promote consistency in our lifestyles according to the Word of God; to provide a time for fellowship; to encourage, edify and strengthen sisters; and to impact our homes, communities and workplaces,’ ” said Superintendent Jeffrey M. Lewis, senior pastor.

“Everyone is invited to come and be a part of this great day of worship and inspiration. The theme is: “A New Beginning Isaiah 43:18-19,” he added.

New Antioch is located at 7826 S. Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90044. For information, call (323) 778-7965.
